My connection to healing and bodywork began long before it became my profession. Growing up in a Black American and Samoan family, I was introduced to the importance of touch, care, and looking after one another from an early age. In Samoan culture, fofo means massage—a word that carries special meaning for me and ultimately became part of the name Medical Fofo & Wellness Center.
I also grew up understanding how easily we can learn to push through pain, stress, and exhaustion while taking care of everyone and everything around us. That experience has shaped the way I care for my clients today. I want people to have a place where taking care of their bodies isn't viewed as a luxury, but as an important part of their overall well-being.
For more than 22 years, I have had the privilege of turning that foundation into a career. As a Neuromuscular Therapist and Medical Massage Clinician, I've worked with people from all walks of life—from working professionals and individuals living with chronic discomfort to collegiate, professional, and elite athletes.
My approach combines clinical knowledge with the kind of attentive, intentional care that first introduced me to healing as a little girl. Every body that comes through my door is different, and every session is approached that way.
For me, this work is more than a profession. It's a continuation of something that has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
Healing is our heritage. Wellness is our mission.
